Most setup questions are already answered in the user guide, which has a troubleshooting section for the things that usually go wrong on site.
To get a useful answer faster, tell me:
- Your device and OS version
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Your timecode source, and which console or server is sending it
- A screenshot, if it's something you can see
